The process just takes to long I had a preapprove transcript with me but they insisted on doing another one which was a lot more expensive than the one I had perapprove. If there is no accepting of the preapprove rates what is the use of having them. This is a real concern!!!!!
This experience was horrible as always like the others.....I was lied to when I first purchased my car into paying an extra 100$ for insurance called Gap when come to find out there's no such thing as Gap.....also the guy in the service department pulls up my VIN # & it had someone else's information......this is ridiculous & no one has called or tried to explain anything to me.....
I bought my car in April of 2018 I was told I have maintenance warranty which included 2 years of oil changes and I was told when I can’t to get my first oil change there was no info on this and then they found something and the GM at the time told me he would give me the proper paper work so I would not have any more issues he never did .. I called a few days later and no response from him .. Now I’m told basically no paper work to bad so sad I’m the new GM and nothing can be done about it .. Poor customer management and someone not doing their job correctly ..then I was told I would contact the Cooley ‘s and Sonny the GM said go ahead but nothing will still not be done for you .. I have had to many issues I will never go to this car dealership again .. I have been Lied to and treated poorly and more than once and that is is for me ..
Mike Colvin went the extra mile to make sure all my needs were met. So did the the shop floor. I am grateful for their hard efforts and communication. This was my first experience with Mike and I look forward to working with him each time I come.
