I went in not really hopeful, but my salesperson, Ana Guzman was able to work with my situation and get me into the vehicle I wanted. I appreciate her tenacity to get the deal just right for me and her patience's that made it happen! She was also busy with other customer's but still found a way to make me a priority! she was AWESOME! She followed up with me to see if I had any questions or concerns, which showed how she made herself available and willing to help even after the sale. That's good customer service! The staff as a whole were great and played an important part in making the car buying experience painless and fast. I've always had a good experience at Clay Cooley when I needed my Malibu serviced, so I thought, why not try and buy a vehicle from them too and hopefully it won't be the last. The service experience motivated me to buy from Cooley, I was given a fair price, and suggested options with out running a $1,500 bill up.. in short I wasn’t treated like a credit card, rather car services for what my auto needed at the time with a fair abc equitable price. I want to say THANK YOU, for the excellent customer service. My rep was Earl, for years and I have been fearful of getting a new rep, driven by profit vs service. The ease of service was delightful and I hope it continues, I’ve been a Chevy customary since 1991, first reliable on 75, Earl stole me with fair, respectful service and service, the manager and cashier did an excellent job, I even wrote thank you on my ticket I own a 2001, sold my 2011, and pen two 2015 GMC ( all 1500 V8 ) and two dodge chargers 2013 and 2015, my oldest son, pointed out no problems with service on our chargers, I told him “Tap the breaks” lol Then weeks later, service delivered a great job, we were over sold, pressured and the quality of respect and service was present. Keep it up, I want to trade these two chargers in for a corvette or the new truck! Clay, if your reading this, I thought about texting you my positive experience with service, I rarely take the time to fill out surveys and I know you know how busy business owners can be, but the manager did a 5 start job, I didn’t know he was the manager until after I wrote thank you on my ticket Two thumbs up, “we got to get him out of the Mercedes and get him in a Chevy! My oldest son, had his A/C compressor replace few weeks back, and it went smooth as Ice and I’m glad, he has been talking Dodge, and the excellent service shut that down.
The first visit was rough. Didn’t have a loaner. Had to wait 4 to 5 hours . They couldn’t get a tire changed on my ZO6. Not their fault. The latest service experience was much better. I received a loaner vehicle and the car was fixed properly
