I had a terrible experience at another dealer ship after a week walked in a darris approached me very welcoming and willing to help he listen to my concerns and with in five min everyone in dealership came by to introduce themselves and insure me they’ll do what they can to help me within about 30 to 45 min I was approved for my FIRST BRAND NEW CAR. Service completely screwed up on a simple recall that left my truck uncontrollable. Left me spinning out on the highway and I was to afraid to drive it back so I had to tow it. At my expense I might add. Then the so called loaner car they put me had power steering issues and kept going out on me. The time before I took it in for a simple oil change. I later found out that I had an exhaust leak and copied smell it throughout the cab of my truck. Would have like more compensation but was refused on the matter when I brought it up.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. My salesman JT is the best. He explained every detail about the car. After a few days with my car, I didn't discover anything new, he covered everything. He made sure that I was comfortable about my decision, answered any question I had, and helped me setup the apps I needed. Made buying a car stress-free. JT didn't have me there all day.
Although they were not able to duplicate my issues with the transmission, I feel confident that this can be resolved over time. The dealership was very helpful and assisted me to the best of their abilities.
I called to make an appointment for an oil change and arrived shortly afterwards. Then I was told no one had written it down and I'd have an hour to hour and a half wait, but if I would come back in the a.m., I'd be in and out quickly. I came back in the a.m., with an appointment, and waited just about an hour and a half. No one greeted me on the drive, as they normally do. The person who helped me never gave me his name. I asked to have the multipoint check done, as well as the oil change. After an hour and 20 minutes I asked where my car was and was told they were nearly done rotating the tires - not a service I requested and one that interferes with the warranty I have from the place I purchased the tires. Not a good move on your part. The car was not washed as it normally is and I was told you were short on staff and that the manager had actually been next door all morning because they were short staffed. It appears the place is not doing well. When I got the multipoint check list, it looks as though they didn't do all the items on it. Again, I was told you are short staffed.
Juan was so incredibly helpful in not only diagnosing and fixing the problem I came in with but also helping to solve other concerns with my vehicle. He was personable and friendly and I felt like he genuinely cared and my safety and the wellbeing of my vehicle. He treated me like family and I felt he went above and beyond.
