I scheduled an 8am appointment. At 1pm I never heard back. I was told that I would get a callback. At 2pm I still had not heard back so I called again. St which point no work had been done on my vehicle and was told that some costly repairs were needed. I don't know why I bothered scheduling an appointment. I took the loss paying the $150 and gladly took my business back to Reliable Chevy which is where I should have gone in the first place. Do better.
After oil change I have to ask the sticker that shows next oil change date, they didn’t reset oil life, I paid for my extended and they denied me, I did 60k miles service what the told me what they did is completely wrong.
I was there for a simple oil change, but the hands on treatment and care from the service department team members were as if I was checking into a high end hotel. Everything but the red carpet. Thanks guys!👍
Michael Colvin was my service advisor. Since I purchased my truck with Clay Cooley Chev, Michael has been the best advisor! I expressed interest in buying new tires he gave me printed options and was very helpful explaining each one. He also explained other dealership services I was interested in. No other advisor can compare. He put the SERVICE in Service Advisor. Shame you cant clone him. If you could, Cooley would be #1 dealership in the region.
