Wanted to put no money down along w my trade in.. do told them upfront about my trade and $0 down. Also had issue w msrp numbers. Worked out a deal w the MANAGER/SUPERVISOR on a deal that couldn’t get closed w my sales guy.
They made me feel important from the beginning and I couldn’t have been any happier with my experience! They provided a very professional service, I brought my Chevy Silverado in late afternoon with the A/C not working. The customer service was amazing, they got my information and had me in a rental and back to my day in under and hour. I came back the next day to my A/C working amazing and as a courtesy they washed my truck. Thank you so much for making my experience a Great one!!!
The service advisor worked diligently to ensure the issue was detected after informing that they discovered difficulties obtaining a diagnosis. When so he then provided a loaner vehicle until my car was ready. Thank you Shawn and Chevy time! I wish a detailed report of the vehicle assessment, repairs, and timeline was provided upon service completion.
The service rep that checked me in was friendly and answered my questions. He also provided a copy of my oil change free service documents which I appreciated. With that said, after my car was serviced the tech brought in the paperwork (I saw the car pull up while waiting in the waiting room) and unfortunately had to wait a little too long before the courtesy driver called the office to tell her I needed to check out. Then when we got in the car, it was not washed as promised. I had to get to work so I left. The experience was mixed. Thank you.
