overall, it was a frustrating experience. i was on hold for 10 minutes to check on the status of my car, then hung up and did the same thing for 10 min. i kept getting passed around and put on hold. when i was finally told my car was ready, i got there and it wasnt even there. However, the service manager, Chris, was very apologetic and helpful. he took $100 off my bill and had somebody come pick my car up the next day and brought it back to finish everything. without him, i would never come back to this dealership.
Micheal in Service is an awsome person.Even though I was very upset when I brought my suv back in after recently puchaseing it for anouther problem. He took good care of me.Service was great but am still upset to get a vehicle that is having so many problems this soon after purchase.I will continue to take my suv to get serviced with Micheal .I do not know if next time I consider purchase if it will be from Clay Cooley again.I am a single parent with a child who has medical challenges and having a dependable vehicle is very important to me.Also to have all these extra expenses are not a plesent thing to deal with because my son and I live on a very strict budget. Thank you for having such awsome people in service to help me with my vehicle.
I originally took my vehicle to Vandergriff Chevrolet where i received zero customer service or help, even waiting in the service drop off line for 15 minutes without anyone reaching out to help, so i left. At that point i made an appointment with Clay Cooley and received great customer service, even opting to get more work don than just the oil change i had originally planned on. I received several updates through the process, although at one point during the first visit I was informed that my windows were tinted and just waiting for the film to set, when my vehicle had never been taken to the shop. The agent then helped me set up an additional appointment at which time my windows were tinted and the work was done to perfection.
Poor communication. I dropped my truck off on a Friday to get a check engine code read and worked on prior to an inspection. I had to call back before the end of the business day to get an update and by then the service advisor and tech originally working with me had left leaving another service advisor to try to figure out what was going on. Same story Saturday, I had to call to her three times to try to get any information on a timeline and what work we need to be done and what the cost would be. They end up pushing it to Monday because no one could figure out the truck needed. Then Monday it still took another two phone calls to figure out that the code had cleared and inspection was done and I can pick it up. When I finally went to pick it up I had to wait over an hour to get fully checked out. Just frustrating communication throughout
